TREATMENTS FOR MEN
Nova Spa isn’t just for ladies. We treat lots of gentlemen too. Most of our treatments are suitable for men but if you are not sure if a treatment is right for you, we will be more than happy to advise.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
Certain treatments and bookings may require us to take your credit card details. Our systems meet Payment Card Industry Security Standards so please rest assure that your card details are completely secure. If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please kindly let us know 24 hours in advance or full payment will be charged if the appointment time cannot be re-booked.
DEPOSITS
From 1st January 2016, a non-refundable 50% deposit will need to be paid on all treatment bookings over £100. This deposit will be redeemed against the total cost of the treatments and our Cancellation Policy still applies – if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance the deposit will not be refunded or be retained on the account for future bookings.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive promptly for your appointment, this time has been reserved for you at your request. If it is your first visit to Nova Spa, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time to complete a consultation form. If you do arrive late, this will shorten your treatment time. To minimise disruption for all of our guests your treatment will still finish at the original time.

LITTLE ONES
For insurance purposes and in consideration of those enjoying a relaxing treatment, we appreciate guests not bringing any children or babies into the treatment areas.
